Access requirements
Staff tools need a staff account with two-step verification turned on. Without it, the tools refuse access.
Moderation queue
Moderation queue lists abuse reports by status (open, actioned, dismissed). Actions (hide, disable, restore, dismiss) take effect immediately, update Explore and are audited with the reason.
Platform audit
Platform audit covers every account and organisation. Use Onboarding & team to review sign-ups and new organisations for a period, filter by email or organisation address for support cases, and Download CSV for compliance records. See Audit & activity.
Data provenance report
Data provenance separates real activity from synthetic (bot-generated demo) data: all-time totals, daily responses, polls & surveys and new users for a Period, plus synthetic accounts, synthetic organisations and job runs. Use it to report real-user growth and onboarding numbers without demo data.
Supporting an organisation
Staff can view seeded demo organisations read-only. Superusers can open any organisation with full access for support. Every such access is logged in that organisation’s activity log, so customers can see it. Only access an organisation when a support case needs it.
Call-back requests (wire transfer, proposals, invoices). Each request emails contact@quibzy.com with a reference (QZ-…) and appears in Django admin under Workspaces → Billing enquiries. Call back within 1 business day, send the proposal and an invoice with Quibzy’s bank details quoting the reference, then set the status to contacted or closed. When the transfer arrives, set the workspace’s plan in Django admin.
