What we collect
- Account details: your email address, display name and a securely hashed password.
- Survey content you create, and the answers respondents submit.
- For anonymous surveys, we do not link answers to respondents' accounts and we don't show creators who answered.
- We don't store IP addresses, precise location or device fingerprints with survey responses. Network addresses are used briefly to rate-limit abuse and are not kept with answers.
How we use it
- To run the service: publishing surveys, collecting answers and showing results to the people allowed to see them.
- To prevent abuse and keep Quibzy safe.
- We never sell personal or respondent-level data.
- We don't use private survey answers to train general AI models.
Retention and deletion
- Workspace owners can set how long responses are kept after a survey closes.
- Creators can delete individual responses. Account holders can request account deletion from their settings.
- Exported files are deleted automatically within 24 hours, and download links expire after 30 minutes.

To access, correct or delete personal data, email contact@quibzy.com. If you answered someone else's survey, you can also contact the survey owner.
