Pricing questions

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free is free forever: unlimited polls, surveys and forms, unlimited poll votes, 100 survey and form responses a month, all question types, exports and 21 respondent languages.

What counts as a response?

Each submitted survey or form counts once. Poll votes never count toward your limit. Limits reset on the 1st of each month.

What happens if I reach my response limit?

Your surveys and forms stop accepting new responses until the next month or until you upgrade. Polls keep collecting votes, and existing responses stay available.

What is an AI action?

Drafting a survey with AI, translating a survey with AI, or generating a new AI summary of text answers. Viewing a summary that was already generated is free.

How can I pay?

By international credit or debit card, or by wire transfer to Quibzy. For wire transfer, request a call back and we’ll send a proposal and an invoice with our bank details.

Which plan is right for a team?

Plus and Pro are for one person’s personal workspace. Business plans are for organisation workspaces with several members, roles, branding and integrations.

Can I cancel or change plans?

Yes. Card subscriptions can be changed or cancelled any time from Plan & usage → Manage billing. Yearly plans are billed up front and save 20%.
