Non-members get “not found” for anything in an organisation, so people outside it can’t even confirm a survey exists.
Restricted surveys
For HR, board or other sensitive surveys:
- Open the survey’s results page and expand Who in your team can see this.
- Choose Only admins, the survey’s creator and these people, tick the members who need access, then Save access.
Everyone else in the organisation, whatever their role, no longer sees the survey in lists, on the dashboard or by direct link. Each change is recorded in the activity log as Changed who can see a survey.
