Live results

Open Dashboard, pick a poll or survey, and the Results section updates as responses arrive. Choice questions show counts and percentages; ratings and NPS show distribution and score; rankings show average position; grids show each row; dates and numbers are summarised. You can also get milestone emails (set them in Account settings).

Filter & compare

  • From / To: a date range.
  • Responses: Complete (default), Flagged as spam or All.
  • Version: results for one published version only, useful after you changed questions.
  • Only people who answered + With the answer: a cross-tab, e.g. “results among people who chose Parent”. Select Clear to reset.

The same filters apply to the printable report and to exports.

Cross-tabs

Under Cross-tab, pick a question in Show answers to (choice, rating or NPS) and one in Split by (choice). The table shows, for each answer to the second question, what percentage gave each answer to the first, with counts in brackets, a Total column and the number of respondents per column. Rating questions add an average row; NPS questions add the NPS for each group. Columns with fewer than 5 respondents are marked with *: one answer moves their percentages a lot.

The filters above (dates, responses, version, “Only people who answered”) apply to the cross-tab too, and it prints with the report.

Completion & drop-off

Surveys show Completion & drop-off: how many people started, how many submitted, the completion rate, the median time to finish and, for multi-page surveys, how many reached each page and how many stopped there. The page where most people stop is highlighted: shorten it or make its questions optional.

Quibzy records only the furthest page a browser session reached, never answers, before someone submits. Counting starts when a respondent answers their first question. Polls aren't tracked. Records are deleted after about 13 months.

Saved views & shared dashboards

Set the filters and cross-tab you want, type a name under Saved views and select Save current view. Anyone in your team who can see the survey can Apply it; analysts and above can save, share and delete views.

Share link creates a read-only, always up-to-date dashboard for people outside your team, such as a board or a client. It shows totals, charts and the cross-tab only: never written answers, emails, phone numbers, dates or files. The link is shown once; Stop sharing or New link turns the old one off. Private surveys can't be shared this way.

Text answers & AI summaries

On a text question, View answers pages through every answer, newest first. ✦ Summarise themes with AI (3+ answers) groups answers into themes, each with a count and real quotes you can check. Counts are worked out by Quibzy from the answers themselves, not taken from the AI. Treat summaries as a starting point and read the quotes before acting on them. Private answers are never used to train AI models.

Individual responses & data quality

Responses lists each submission with its answers (and the respondent’s email for identified surveys). Flag as spam keeps a response but leaves it out of results and exports until you Unflag it (editors). Admins can permanently Delete a response. Both actions are audited. Files uploaded by respondents are downloaded through short-lived, logged links.

Printable report (PDF)

  1. Set any filters on the results page.
  2. Select Printable report. A clean report opens with the title, generation time, response count and the filters applied.
  3. Select Print / save as PDF and choose “Save as PDF” in the print dialog.

Export to CSV or Excel

  1. On the results page, choose Export format (CSV or Excel) and select Export.
  2. When it’s ready, select Download. The link expires after 30 minutes. Export again if needed.

One row per response, one column per question (choice, text, “other” text, grid rows and so on). Exports respect your filters. Requests and downloads appear in the activity log. Cells that start with a formula character are neutralised so they can’t run code in Excel.

Live spreadsheet link

Select Create spreadsheet link and copy the formula (Google Sheets: paste =IMPORTDATA("…") into A1) or the CSV link (Excel: Data → From Web). The sheet refreshes with new complete responses. The link is a secret: anyone who has it can read the answers. Revoke it under the same panel, and audit creation and revocation in the activity log.

Organisation statistics

The organisation dashboard (quibzy.com/your-org) shows Responses per day for a chosen Period, each survey’s status and response count, the team and recent activity. Plan & usage shows responses this month and member count against your plan’s limits.

Sharing results publicly

For public polls and surveys with Who sees results: Respondents too, anyone with the link can open the results page (quibzy.com/<poll>/results). It shows totals and charts only, never individual or text answers. Private surveys always keep results inside the workspace.

Reading results responsibly

Open polls aren’t representative samples. Results describe the people who responded. Don’t present open-link poll results as the view of a whole population. For decisions, prefer invite-only surveys of a defined group and report the response rate.
