1. Create your account
- Go to Sign up. Enter your name, email and a password of at least 8 characters (avoid common passwords), or choose Continue with Google / Continue with Microsoft if your organisation has enabled them.
- Quibzy creates your personal workspace automatically. Everything you create there is yours alone.
- You land on your Dashboard (Your polls & surveys), where all your polls and surveys are listed.
Signing in with Google or Microsoft links to an existing Quibzy account only when the provider has verified the email address. Otherwise, sign in with your password.
2. Verify your email
We send a verification link when you sign up. Until you verify, you can still create and share polls, but you can’t list them in Explore. Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder, or use the resend link in the reminder banner on your Dashboard.
3. Secure your account
- Open Account settings → Two-step verification and choose Set up two-step verification.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password…), then enter the 6-digit code.
- Save your recovery codes somewhere safe. Each one works once, if you lose your phone.
If you think someone else has used your account, use Account settings → Sessions → Sign out everywhere and change your password.
4. Set up your profile
- Profile: your display name, shown to teammates.
- Public creator profile: pick a handle and tick Make my profile public to get a page at
quibzy.com/u/your-handlelisting your public polls. It’s off by default. - Email notifications: milestone emails (first response, then 10, 50, 100, 250… responses) and a summary when a poll or survey closes.
5. Publish your first poll
Use Create a poll: type a question, add options and publish. You get a share link, a QR code and embed code right away. The full guide is Create polls & surveys.
